Shipping policy

All pieces are packaged in a cotton pouch and come with special care instructions and a jewellery polishing cloth. If you already have a polishing cloth and don’t want another one, you can note this before your purchase. The packages are send out in either a bubble mailer or a sturdy cardboard box depending on the size and weight. The standard shipping cost does not include track and trace. If you do like shipping with track and trace, please tick the option before your purchase and I will take care of it for you!
